The new M2Tech hiFace Two, due to arrive end of March, is the next step in USB-to-S/PDIF interfaces and represents a major advancement over the highly successful original hiFace converter.

HiFace Two is USB 2.0 Audio compliant which means there is no need for a driver for either Mac or Linux platforms, Windows however requires a driver which is supplied with the hiFace Two.

The hiFace Two retains the high stability, low phase noise crystal oscillators as the present hiFace. In addition however, channel status information is provided and output level is compliant with IEC60958 standard (S/PDIF).
